炸云吞皮鸡肉水饺 Fried Chicken Meat Dumplings





伤风,感冒,一家五口有三人都被传染了。 如今,连我都不能例外。所以,今天整个人都懒洋洋的,提不起劲。大女儿在星期五时有歌唱比赛,原本尚末被传染的她,不知为何唱到一半时,她说那喉咙突然有痰“出现”,另她无法顺利唱下去,于是便在半途中停了一下,急快的把痰吞了下去,哈哈!!结果,得了个安慰奖,她说如果不是在半途中停了一下,她一定会唱得更好呢? 嘿嘿!信心十足呢!






云吞皮炸鸡肉水饺 Fried Chicken Meat Dumpling

材料Ingredient A         
200克鸡肉, 200g Chicken meat
150克去骨鱼肉,150g fish meat (remove bone)
3粒马蹄(荸荠), 3 Chinese water Chestnut
2片蒜, 2 cloves garlic
½ , ½ onion  
(A材料放入搅肉机里搅碎它,Blended all theingredient (A

材料Ingredient B:-
五香粉少许, A dash of five spice powder
1小匙盐, 1tsp salt
胡椒粉少许, a dash of white pepper
1包云吞皮, 1 packet of wantan skin

做法Method:
1.         搅碎好的A)材料和(B)材料混合搅拌一起。
Mix ingredient (A) and (B), well combine.

2.         把适量的馅料放在一片云吞皮的中间,用水搽上云吞皮的边缘。
Put (1) in the middle of the wantan skin, brush with the water on edge of the wantan skin.
  
3.         然后,对折成半月形,从云吞皮皮边沿捏出花纹即可,继续包至完毕。
Fold into half, Seal and pinch the edge like curry puff. 

4.         将包好的水饺放入,预先烧热的沸油里用中火炸至水饺稍微变黄即可,即可享用。
Heat up oil for frying, and put into oil, fry until golden brown.

另一份捏成三角形的是云吞皮炸虾肉水饺, 我把200克鸡肉换成200克的虾肉,其它的材料一样。
Triangle shape is Fried prawn dumpling, I changed 200g chicken meat to 200g prawn, others ingredient as same above.
